| Abstract: | The development of major institutions of the medieval procedural law is analyzed on the basis of Serbian procedural law and norms of Roman law. The article reveals some common and different features of the procedural law of Serbia within the context of the deve- lopment of legal tendencies in the medieval countries of the continental Europe. = Проанализировано развитие основных институтов средневекового процессуального права на основе отечественного сербского права и реципированных норм римского права. Установлены общие и особенные черты процессуального права Сербии в контексте развития правовых тенденций в средневековых странах континентальной Европы. |
