| Abstract: | The possibility to use colloidal gold for detection Shigella sonnei antigens has been shown. Biospesific interaction of antibodies adsorbed on the gold nanoparticles with Shigella sonnei antigens can be detected by spectrophotometric analysis, agglutination and dot-blot methods. |
