| Abstract: | The article considers modern theoretical conceptions which analyze the essence and the specific character of the phenomenon of civil political culture. It shows the interconnection between the assertion of the democratic institutes and political values corresponding to them in the process of the democratic transit. = Рассматриваются современные теоретические концепции, анализирующие сущность и специфику феномена гражданской политической культуры. Раскрывается взаимосвязь между утверждением демократических институтов и соответствующих им политических ценностей в процессе демократического транзита. |
