Белорусско-украинские отношения в 1991—2009 гг.

Abstract

В статье раскрывается проблематика развития белорусско-украинских отношений с момента обретения независимости до конца 2009 г. Проведен анализ белорусско-украинского взаимодействия в политической, экономической и иных сферах, отмечено, что состояние политического диалога между двумя государствами не оказывает прямого воздействия на состояние их отношений в области экономики, хотя разнонаправленность внешнеполитических векторов сдерживает развитие торгово-экономических контактов. В 2009 г. дополнительным стимулом к развитию белорусско-украинского сотрудничества стало подключение двух государств к реализации проектов в рамках инициативы ЕС «Восточное партнерство». = The article deals with the range of problems concerning the development of the relations between Belarus and Ukraine from the moment of their independence till the end of 2009. An analysis of Belarusian and Ukrainian cooperation in political, economic and other spheres was carried out, it was noted that the state of political dialogue between these two states has no direct impact on the state of their economic relations, though the different directions of their foreign policy restrain the development of trade and economic contacts. In 2009 the participation of the two countries in the implementation of projects in the framework of the EU initiative «Eastern Partnership» became an additional incentive for the progress of the bilateral cooperation between Belarus and the Ukraine.
