Abstract: | Developing of new data analysis models and methods requires comprehensive testing of their validity, accuracy and robustness. This can be done by means of simulation of an analyzed characteristic. In this work, we propose a simulation model of photon counts detection process in fluorescence fluctuation spectroscopy (FFS) experiments. This model can be used to obtain data for testing of data analysis models and methods in FFS. |
