Фармакологическая коррекция иммунологических нарушений при остром тромбозе глубоких вен нижних конечностей

Abstract

Disturbance of T-cell immunity specifically the decrease in the number of T- lymphocytes, their subpopulations and decrease of the cell-mediated immunity occurs at the acute thrombosis of the lower limbs deep veins (DVT). Suppression of the humoral immunity was confirmed by the changes in the functional activity; to estimate it, the level of immunoglobulins was studied. Changes in the immune status in the patients with proximal DVT forms were more pronounced. While using the drugs that regulate the immune status, a statistically significant restoration of the modified indicators of immune system was observed. There was a positive dynamics of subjective symptoms (swelling, pain syndrome, heaviness, discomfort), which led to an earlier relief of clinical symptoms, reduction of the treatment period and more rapid rehabilitation.
