| Abstract: | The object of the study are patients complications of gastroduodenal ulcers. Purpose - to examine clinical risk factors for gastropathy among those taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and / or antiplatelet agents. We examined 148 pa- tients. Evaluated following anamnestic signs: age, occupation, alcohol consumption and smoking, the presence of ulcer history, associated pathology, use of aspirin and / or NSAIDs. In patients with NSAID-induced gastroduodenal complica tions dominated by patients older than 65 years of age χ( 2 = 23.4, p <0,001; OR = 7,76), as well as having coronary heart disease χ( 2 = 39.42, p <0.001 ; OR = 17,98). |
