| Abstract: | Demand in high quality potato is growing from year to year both for retail sale and for industrial processing. However, many agricultural enterprises are not able to grow potatoes with the recurred quality parametors. It is due to some reasons: the use of outalated technologies and technical means, irrational use of modern machines for potato cultivation, lack of equipment for primary potato processing and storage. |
