Abstract

This article includes itself some available problems and ways of their decision on an occasion of a lnovodstvo and its removal from a crisis situation. As flax-dolgunets for Republic of Belarus is almost unique source of natural raw materials for the textile industry and its strategic value for the country essentially increases, and the problem of increase in output from natural cellulose on the basis of flax is a national problem.
