Abstract

In this work there is a describing of open semantic technology of componential designing of intellectual problem solver. Single attention it is given to the designing technique of solvers and the operations which are components of such solvers. Also in this work there are several examples of technology using during the designing of concrete intellectual systems in different object domains.
