| Abstract: | The article is devoted studying of effectiveness of the strengthening of first received additives on the basis of copoly- mers of styrene and maleic anhydride on the properties of fluting. It was found that the highest strengthening effect of addi- tive has a molecular weight of 4900 and maleic anhydride content of 18,2%. Strengthening effect is manifested in the sty- rene content in their fibrous slurry in an amount of 0,4−0,6% by weight of abs. dry. The drying temperature (120 ± 5)ºC enhances this effect, as evidenced by the strength of the paper samples. |
