Накопление фосфора бактериями, выделенными из активного ила

Abstract

From the activated sludge of Minsk aeration station there were received six isolates of bacteria capable to accumulate phosphorus. The absorption of phosphorus from the medium during incubation under aeration and without aeration was studied for one of the isolates. It was found that under aerobic conditions cells of bacteria isolated from activated sludge absorb phosphorus from the solution, but in the absence of aeration the cells release it into the solution.
