| Abstract: | The method of luminol chemiluminescence found that caffeic, ferulic and sinapic acid inhibit the output of reactive oxygen species in the reaction of luminol oxidation with hydrogen peroxide in the absence and presence of horseradish peroxidase in model systems. |
