| Abstract: | It is researched a system of the temporary decrees of the President of the Republic of Belarus, distinguishing common and specific features of the latter, revealing interior links between them as well as links with other legal acts. The questions on the temporary decrees concept, its distinctive features are considered. = Исследуется упорядоченная совокупность временных декретов Президента Республики Беларусь, позволяющая выделить их общие и особенные черты, установить их внутренние связи, а также взаимосвязи с иными правовыми актами. Рассматриваются вопросы, касающиеся понятия временных декретов, их отличительных особенностей. |
