| Abstract: | Features of a unifying policy of Union State of Belarus and Russia and mechanisms of construction of «allied» institutes of the power are considered in article. The special attention is given to the problems connected with absence of the constitutional regulation and it complicate the process of unification of legislations of two states. = Рассматриваются особенности объединительной политики Союзного государства Беларуси и России, механизмы построения «союзных» институтов власти. Особое внимание уделено проблемам, связанным с отсутствием конституционного регулирования, затрудняющего процесс унификации законодательств двух государств. |
