| Аннотация: | The closed single-server queueing model with repeated attempts is studied in a number of papers. In all these papers it is assumed that a rejected subscriber repeats his attempts until he is satisfied. In the present paper we consider the same model, assuming some restrictions on the number of retrials, which the customer is inclined (or is allowed) to make. The theoretical study of these models being too hard, we investigate them via simulations. |
