| Abstract: | In this work, we carry out a stochastic analysis of the M/G/1 retrial queue with batch arrivals and impatient customers. Our study includes: steady state joint distribution of the server state and the number of customers in retrial group, embedded Markov chain and stochastic decomposition for the number of customers in the system.
