| Abstract: | В статье анализируется влияние цифровой трансформации на экономику и общество, с акцентом на развитие человеческого капитала. Подчёркивается значимость сочетания технических и гибких навыков, а также программ рескиллинга и апскиллинга для адаптации работников к изменениям. Рассматриваются проблемы несоответствия образовательных программ запросам рынка, «утечки мозгов» и цифрового неравенства. Делается вывод о необходимости совместных усилий государства, бизнеса и образовательных организаций для подготовки специалистов цифровой экономики |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the impact of digital transformation on the economy and society, with a focus on the development of human capital. It highlights the importance of combining technical and soft skills, as well as reskilling and upskilling programs to ensure employees’ adaptability to change. The paper addresses the problems of mismatch between educational programs and labor market demands, brain drain, and digital inequality. It concludes that joint efforts of the state, business, and educational institutions are necessary to train specialists for the digital economy |
