| Abstract: | Цифровизация стала ключевым фактором эффективного государственного управления, а пандемия COVID-19 ускорила переход к онлайн-форматам услуг. Согласно E-Government Survey 2024, индекс развития электронного правительства значительно вырос, а доля отстающих стран сократилась с 45 % до 22,4 %. Особое значение цифровизация имеет в экономико-финансовой сфере, определяющей инвестиционный климат и конкурентоспособность. Однако существующие индексы не отражают качественных аспектов интеграции данных и межведомственного взаимодействия. Цель исследования – провести сравнительный анализ международного опыта для выявления успешных практик и разработки рекомендаций по повышению эффективности цифровой трансформации |
| Abstract (in another language): | Digitalization has become a key factor for effective public administration, and the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the transition to online service formats. According to the E-Government Survey 2024, the e-government development index has increased significantly, while the share of lagging countries has decreased from 45 % to 22.4 %. Digitalization is particularly important in the economic and financial sphere, which determines the investment climate and competitiveness. However, existing indices do not reflect the qualitative aspects of data integration and interagency cooperation. The study aims to conduct a comparative analysis of international experience to identify successful practices and develop recommendations for improving the effectiveness of digital transformation |
