| Abstract: | В статье анализируется рост рынка цифровых финансовых активов (ЦФА) в России, прогнозируя 1–3 трлн руб. к 2030 году. Основными факторами являются законодательные инициативы (закон о ЦФА 2021 г.), блокчейн и CBDC. Однако вторичный рынок сталкивается с правовыми пробелами, мошенничеством и низкой прозрачностью. Подчеркивается важность усиления регулирования и повышения финансовой грамотности для устойчивого развития экосистемы ЦФА |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the growth of the digital financial assets (DFA) market in Russia, with projections reaching 1–3 trillion rubles by 2030. Key contributing factors include legislative initiatives (the 2021 DFA law), blockchain technology, and central bank digital currencies (CBDCs). However, the secondary market faces challenges such as legal gaps, fraud risks, and low transparency. The article highlights the importance of strengthening regulatory frameworks and improving financial literacy to ensure the sustainable development of the DFA ecosystem |
