| Abstract: | В современных условиях глобальной конкуренции эффективность работы сотрудников является ключевым фактором успеха любой организации. Данная работа посвящена исследованию методов отслеживания показателей эффективности работы персонала (KPI) с использованием дашбордов Power BI. Рассматриваются понятия KPI и Power BI, их значение в управлении человеческими ресурсами, а также влияние внедрения этих инструментов на деятельность компании. Приводятся примеры исследований, подтверждающие эффективность использования данных методов в корпоративной практике |
| Abstract (in another language): | In today's global competitive environment, employee performance is a key success factor for any organization. This paper is devoted to the study of methods for tracking staff performance indicators (KPIs) using Power BI dashboards. The concepts of KPI and Power BI, their importance in human resource management, as well as the impact of the introduction of these tools on the company's activities are considered. Examples of studies confirming the effectiveness of using these methods in corporate practice are given |
