| Abstract: | Биоэкономика представляет собой новую парадигму экономического развития, основанную на использовании биологических ресурсов и биотехнологических решений для создания устойчивых производственных систем. В условиях глобальных вызовов, связанных с изменением климата, истощением природных ресурсов и необходимостью обеспечения продовольственной безопасности, страны Евразийского экономического союза активно развивают биотехнологический сектор. Анализ современного состояния биоэкономики в ЕАЭС показывает значительный потенциал региона в области биотехнологий, сельского хозяйства и промышленной биотехнологии. Исследование охватывает период 2019-2024 годов и выявляет основные тенденции развития биоэкономических инициатив в государствах-членах союза. Особое внимание уделяется анализу национальных стратегий, инвестиционных программ и международного сотрудничества в сфере биотехнологий. Результаты исследования демонстрируют необходимость координации усилий стран ЕАЭС для формирования единого биоэкономического пространства |
| Abstract (in another language): | Bioeconomy represents a new paradigm of economic development based on the use of biological resources and biotechnological solutions to create sustainable production systems. In the context of global challenges related to climate change, natural resource depletion and the need to ensure food security, the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union are actively developing the biotechnology sector. Analysis of the current state of bioeconomy in the EAEU shows significant potential of the region in biotechnology, agriculture and industrial biotechnology. The study covers the period 2019-2024 and identifies the main trends in the development of bioeconomic initiatives in the member states of the union. Special attention is paid to the analysis of national strategies, investment programs and international cooperation in biotechnology. The research results demonstrate the need to coordinate the efforts of the EAEU countries to form a unified bioeconomic space |
