| Abstract: | Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме управления талантами в биоэкономике. Рассматриваются ключевые вызовы на этапах воспитания, отбора и удержания специалистов. Авторы анализируют причины «разрыва» в образовательной цепочке и неэффективности традиционных методов найма. В качестве решения предлагается построение национальной экосистемы, основанной на синергии государства, бизнеса и образования. Делается вывод, что именно такая комплексная работа позволит обеспечить биоэкономику мотивированными кадрами и создать устойчивое конкурентное преимущество |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the current problem of talent management in the bioeconomy. It examines the key challenges at the stages of training, selection, and retention of specialists. The authors analyze the reasons for the "gap" in the educational chain and the ineffectiveness of traditional recruitment methods. As a solution, they propose building a national ecosystem based on the synergy of government, business, and education. The article concludes that such a comprehensive approach will ensure the bioeconomy with motivated personnel and create a sustainable competitive advantage |
