| Abstract: | Статья посвящена анализу влияния биоэкономики и процессов автоматизации на рынок труда и развитие человеческого капитала. Рассматривается гипотеза о том, что сокращение числа выпускников по ряду направлений отражает не кризис образования, а переход экономики к более высокому уровню технологического развития. Показано, что автоматизация и внедрение зелёных технологий способствуют росту эффективности труда, трансформации профессиональной структуры и формированию новых компетенций, востребованных в условиях устойчивого развития. Особое внимание уделено роли квалифицированных кадров в промышленности, энергетике и сельском хозяйстве, где цифровизация и биотехнологии становятся основой инновационного роста. Сделан вывод о том, что биоэкономика формирует качественно новый тип человеческого капитала – интеллектуально-гибкого, междисциплинарного и ориентированного на управление технологиями будущего |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the impact of bioeconomics and automation processes on the labor market and the development of human capital. The hypothesis is considered that the reduction in the number of graduates in a number of areas reflects not the crisis of education, but the transition of the economy to a higher level of technological development. It is shown that automation and the introduction of green technologies contribute to the growth of labor efficiency, the transformation of the professional structure and the formation of new competencies that are in demand in conditions of sustainable development. Special attention is paid to the role of qualified personnel in industry, energy and agriculture, where digitalization and biotechnology are becoming the basis for innovative growth. It is concluded that bioeconomics forms a qualitatively new type of human capital – intellectually flexible, interdisciplinary and technology-oriented of the future |
