| Abstract: | В статье раскрываются особенности становления, развития и укрепления семейной политики, проанализированы основные периоды, базирующиеся на решениях Всебелорусского народного собрания, каждый из которых отражает изменения в социально-политической ситуации страны. Анализируется политико-правовая база, оценивается влияние социально-политических факторов на институционализацию поддержки семьи. Центральной проблемой статьи является трансформация семейной политики Республики Беларусь, преодоление кризисных ситуаций и переход к более целенаправленной государственной поддержке семей. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article reveals the features of the formation, development and strengthening of family policy, analyzes the main periods based on the decisions of the All-Belarusian People’s Assembly, each of which reflects changes in the socio-political situation of the country, analyzes the political and legal framework, and assesses the influence of socio-political factors on the institutionalization of family support. The central problem of the article is the transformation of family policy in the Republic of Belarus, overcoming crisis situations and the transition to more targeted state support for families. |
