| Аннотация (на другом языке): | This article draws attention to the most important problems of national legislative system contemporary development, primarily to its part presented by legislative acts. The paramount importance of constitutional democratic state principles which would be introduced into reality through rule-making and enforcement has been mentioned. Their normative character, i. e. obligation, has been underlined in the article, too. Particular emphasis has been made on the principle of regulation social relations economy by the reason of its novelty. Herein it is important to determine the optimal ratio of constitutional legality, economy, law, expediency as well as legal regulation limits. Economy of the law would be adequate to the constitutional norms and principles. It is necessary to avoid the legal regulation redundancy. |
