| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the views expressed in the literature regarding the use of information technologies for the exercise of citizens’ rights, as well as legislation in this area. The directions of development of law enforcement practice in the field of using information technologies are noted. Suggestions are made to improve rule-making and law enforcement. |
