| dc.description.abstract | В 2021 г. в издательстве «Проспект» вышла книга члена-корреспондента Российской академии наук, доктора юридических наук, профессора, заслуженного юриста РФ А.Н. Савенкова «Нюрнберг: Приговор во имя Мира». Несмотря на наличие публикаций иных авторов по данной проблематике, книга проф. А.Н. Савенкова занимает особое место. Этот труд, несомненно, – основа для дальнейших научных исследований по Нюрнбергскому процессу. С уверенностью можно утверждать, что данная работа займет место классического труда, одной из важнейших целей которого является сохранение исторической памяти, углубленное изучение исторических вех и событий в контексте сохранения мира и обеспечения безопасности, упорядочение и систематизация юридических материалов. Материалы Нюрнбергского трибунала, в которых задокументированы зверства нацизма, формируют парадигму политики исторической памяти. | ru |
