| Abstract: | В статье представлен междисциплинарный подход в изучении волонтерства как социального феномена, проанализированы особенности волонтерского движения в молодежной студенческой среде, его влияние на процесс профессионального становления будущих специалистов. На основе результатов эмпирического исследования и практического опыта раскрыто содержание условий, обеспечивающих эффективность процесса управления волонтерской деятельностью. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article presents an interdisciplinary approach to the study of volunteering as a social phenomenon, analyzes the characteristics of the volunteer movement in the student youth environment, its influence on the process of professional formation of future specialists. The experience of student volunteering in the field of social work and the results of an empirical study of the personal qualities and properties of student volunteers are presented. The characteristic of the main models of volunteer organizations and the conditions ensuring the effectiveness of the process of volunteer management are given. |
