| dc.description.abstract | Материал посвящен исследованию вопроса об уровне творчества в деятельности искусственного интеллекта. В ней рассмотрены существующие взгляды на критерий творчества, применяемый в авторском праве. Анализируются сформировавшиеся взгляды на творческий уровень процессов, в результате которых искусственный интеллект генерирует произведения. В свете развития генеративного искусственного интеллекта сделаны выводы о необходимости разработки дополнительных критериев для оценки творческого вклада в произведения, созданные с помощью искусственного интеллекта. | ru |
