Abstract: Ti1-xAlxC1-yNy films were studied by energy dispersive X-ray analysis, scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, and optical spectroscopy. The results of investigation have been shown that solar absorptance coefficient αs = 0.51 and emittance 𝜀 = 0.44 correspond to the Ti0.72Al0.28C0.34N0.66 film, αs = 0.59 and 𝜀 = 0.43 correspond to the Ti0.38Al0.62C0.32N0.68 film, and αs = 0.66 and 𝜀 = 0.31 correspond to the Ti0.51Al0.49C0.37N0.63 film.
