Abstract: The method of surface nanostructures electromagnetic parameters simulation is proposed in this paper. CST Microwave Studio allows the calculation of the resulting electromagnetic field, which appears at interaction of various configurations of uniform nanostructures and electromagnetic radiation within the wide range of the wavelengths. The results of such simulation can be applied for the improvement of technologies of metamaterials production for the purposes of catalytic systems, photovoltaic and plasmonic sensors.
