Abstract: The paper presents a stochastic model of a cloud computing system in the form of a G-network with rewards. The purpose of the study is to analyze and calculate the accumulated reward of a cloud computing system taking into account the costs associated with damaged, obsolete, or canceled requests. The reward sequence is formed as a result of the transmission of requests between network nodes. The results of mathematical modeling allow us to predict the total expected reward of the queueing model as a function of the remaining time for a given initial state
