| Abstract: | Современное состояние системы права характеризуется наличием сложных и противоречивых процессов, и в этих условиях требуется разработка научной концепции, в рамках которой будет раскрыт механизм модернизации системы права в условиях происходящих изменений. Попытки изменить существующую систему белорусского права не должны привести к полному уничтожению существующей системы, размыванию границ между отдельными элементами системы, неконтролируемой мультипликации отраслей права. В связи с этим представляется актуальным анализ существующих научных подходов, в рамках которых изучается структура системы права. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The current state of the legal system is characterized by the presence of complex and contradictory processes, and in these conditions it is necessary to develop a scientific concept, within the framework of which the mechanism of modernization of the legal system will be revealed in the context of ongoing changes. Attempts to change the existing system of Belarusian law should not lead to the complete destruction of the existing system, to the blurring of the boundaries between individual elements of the system, to the uncontrolled multiplication of branches of law. In this regard, it seems relevant to study the existing scientific approaches within which the structure of the legal system is studied. |
