dc.description.abstract	В статье рассматриваются подходы к определениям препятствий на внутреннем рынке Евразийского экономического союза (ЕАЭС) с учетом развития механизмов их квалификации и устранения, в том числе с учетом повышения роли инструментов «мягкой силы» в рамках указанного процесса. Проведен анализ изменений правового регулирования в рамках ЕАЭС по вопросам устранения препятствий (в частности, барьеров и ограничений) на внутреннем рынке ЕАЭС. Указывается на роль и эффективность внедренных инструментов медиации в процесс квалификации и устранения препятствий. На основе проведенного анализа выделены направления дальнейшей работы Евразийской экономической комиссии и государств – членов ЕАЭС, которые будут способствовать повышению эффективности выполнения государствами-членами своих обязательств в рамках внутреннего рынка ЕАЭС

dc.description.alternative	The article examines approaches to defining obstacles in the internal market of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), taking into account the development of mechanisms for their qualification and elimination, including taking into account the increasing role of "soft power" instruments within the framework of this process. An analysis of changes in legal regulation within the EAEU on the issues of eliminating obstacles (in particular, barriers and restrictions) in the internal market of the EAEU is conducted. The role and effectiveness of the introduced mediation tools in the process of qualification and elimination of obstacles is indicated. Based on the analysis, areas of further work of the Eurasian Economic Commission and the EAEU member states are identified, which will contribute to increasing the efficiency of the member states' fulfillment of their obligations within the internal market of the EAEU
