| Abstract: | Статья посвящена анализу изменения международной переговорной повестки в связи с развитием цифровизации экономики стран. Устанавливается последовательность расширения переговорной повестки торговых соглашений, включая проводимый процесс переговоров по заключению Соглашения о торговых аспектах электронной торговли на площадке ВТО и формирования нового типа договоренностей, а именно Соглашений о цифровой экономике. Устанавливается, что охват торговых соглашений проходит этап трансформации от «материальной» к «цифровой» торговле |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the analysis of changes in the international negotiating agenda in connection with the development of digitalization of the economies of countries. The sequence of expansion of the negotiating agenda of trade agreements is established, including the ongoing process of negotiations on the conclusion of the Agreement on Trade Aspects of Electronic Commerce on the WTO fora and the formation of a new type of agreement, namely the Agreements on the Digital Economy. It is established that the scope of trade agreements is undergoing a stage of transformation from “material” to “digital” trade |
