| Abstract: | В статье проанализированы содержание, основные механизмы и особенности политико-дипломатического диалога по проблеме восстановления отношений между Россией и США, а также урегулирования в Украине. Отмечается, что переговорный процесс по украинскому конфликту в феврале–марте 2025 г. демонстрирует своего рода «возвращение» дипломатии как основного механизма урегулирования спорных вопросов. Подчеркивается сложность и противоречивость процесса, разногласия между США и Европейским союзом. Как предполагает автор, принятые в ходе переговоров между Россией и США решения станут основой для создания новой конфигурации структуры безопасности в регионе |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the content, main mechanisms and features of the political and diplomatic dialogue between Russia and the United States on the problem of restoring relations, as well as the settlement in Ukraine. It is noted that the negotiation process on the Ukrainian conflict in February–March 2025 demonstrates a kind of «return» of diplomacy as the main mechanism for resolving contentious issues. The complexity and contradictory nature of the process, disagreements between the US and the European Union are emphasized. As the author suggests, the decisions made during the negotiations between Russia and the US will become the basis for creating a new configuration of the security structure in the region |
