| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрена проблема овладения студентами мастерством в процессе обучения в вузе и приведены стратегии, которые будут полезны преподавателям для повышения эффективности этого процесса. Изучена модель развития мастерства, описаны различия между экспертами и новичками. Рассмотрены три основные компонента мастерства. Изучены основные трудности, связанные с высоким уровнем экспертности преподавателей и эффект, который они могут оказывать на подбор заданий для студентов. Рассмотрены задачи преподавателей и приемы, которыми они могут воспользоваться для снятия трудностей и развития основных компонентов мастерства у студентов. Продемонстрировано на примерах, как развитие мастерства студентов может осуществляться в ходе выполнения различных заданий. Сделаны выводы о важности развития компонентов мастерства студентов для повышения эффективности обучения в вузе и успешной профессиональной деятельности. |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article examines the problem of students acquiring mastery during their university studies and presents strategies that can be useful for instructors to improve the effectiveness of this process. A model for mastery development is examined, and the differences between experts and novices are described. Three main components of mastery are discussed. The main challenges associated with high levels of university lecturers’ expertise and the impact they can have on student assignment selection are explored. The objectives of lecturers and the techniques they can use to overcome these challenges and develop key components of student mastery are discussed. Examples are provided to demonstrate how students’ mastery can be developed through various assignments. Conclusions are drawn regarding the importance of developing student mastery components for enhancing the effectiveness of university learning and further professional success. |
