| Abstract: | Статья посвящена анализу концепции энергетического перехода, рассматриваются различные трактовки энергоперехода с акцентом на подходы к его численному определению, движущие силы и этапы. Выделяется текущий процесс – четвертый мировой энергопереход, характеризующийся ростом доли современных возобновляемых источников энергии в производстве энергии. Подчеркивается важность влияния не только технологических, но и социальных, экономических и экологических факторов на темпы и направление энергоперехода. С учетом существующих прогнозов, предполагается, что четвертый энергопереход неизбежно состоится, однако скорость его реализации будет зависеть от политики стран и регионов в части энергетической инфраструктуры и технологий |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to analysing the concept of energy transition; different interpretations of energy transition are considered, with emphasis on approaches to its numerical definition, driving forces and stages. The current process – the fourth global energy transition, characterised by the growing share of modern renewable energy sources in energy production – is highlighted. The importance of the influence of not only technological, but also social, economic and environmental factors on the pace and direction of the energy transition is emphasised. Taking into account the existing forecasts, it is assumed that the fourth energy transition will inevitably take place, but the speed of its realisation will depend on the policy of countries and regions in terms of energy infrastructure and technologies |
