| Abstract: | Оценка динамики условий увлажнения необходима для решения конкретных проблем, связанных с выработкой адаптаций к засушливым явлениям, снижению их экономического ущерба, а также выявлению закономерностей и тенденций возникновения, развития, протекания засух с целью их возможного прогнозирования. В данном исследовании проведен анализ динамики метеорологических показателей засух – гидротермического коэффициента Селянинова (ГТК) и стандартизированного индекса осадков и эвапотранспирации (standardised precipitation evapotranspiration index) SPEI на территории Беларуси в теплые сезоны (апрель-сентябрь) за период 1994-2023 гг. | Abstract (in another language): | An assessment of the dynamics of moisture conditions is necessary to solve specific problems associated with the development of adaptations to drought phenomena, mitigating their economic impact, as well as identifying patterns and trends in the occurrence, development, and course of droughts for the purpose of their possible forecasting. This study analyzes the dynamics of meteorological drought indicators – hydro-thermal coefficient of Selyaninov (HTC) and the standardised precipitation evapotranspiration index (SPEI) in Belarus during the warm seasons (April-September) from 1994 to 2023. The spatial and temporal dynamics of the moisture conditions of the republic were revealed, and the relationship between meteorological indicators of droughts was assessed |
