| Abstract: | В статье представлен комплексный анализ нормативно-правовой базы Республики Беларусь, регламентирующей работы по установлению и восстановлению границ земельных участков на местности; рассмотрен административный порядок правового регулирования установления (восстановления) границ земельных участков как объектов недвижимого имущества; приводятся выдержки из правоудостоверяющих документов, регулирующих земельно-имущественные отношения в порядке, установленном земельным законодательством Республики Беларусь. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the regulatory legal framework of the Republic of Belarus governing the establishment and restoration of land boundaries in the area; the administrative procedure for the legal regulation of the establishment (restoration) of land boundaries as objects of immovable property; provides excerpts from the legal documents governing land and property relations in accordance with the procedure established by the land legislation of the Republic of Belarus. |
