| Abstract: | Проведённое исследование показало возможность использования буккального эпителия в качестве тест-критерия по изменению состояния его клеток у курильщиков. Было получено достоверное увеличение числа микроядер в клетках буккального эпителия в ответ на негативное воздействие курения, появление неэпителиальных клеток воспалительного ряда (нейтрофилов, лимфоцитов и др.), а также изменение соотношения здоровых клеток и клеток, содержащих генетические отклонения, по степени дифференцировки в группах курящих, по сравнению с некурящими лицами |
| Abstract (in another language): | The research revealed the possibility of using buccal epithelium as a test criterion for assessing cellular changes in smokers. A significant increase was observed in the number of micronuclei in buccal epithelial cells in response to the negative effects of smoking, along with the presence of inflammatory non-epithelial cells (neutrophils, lymphocytes, etc.), as well as a change in the ratio of healthy cells to cells containing genetic abnormalities, according to the degree of differentiation in groups of smokers compared with non-smokers |
