| Abstract: | В настоящее время бактерии рода Staphylococcus занимают лидирующую позицию среди возбудителей внутрибольничных инфекций. Поскольку пенициллин был основным препаратом при лечении тяжелых гнойных инфекций, вызываемых Staphylococcus aureus, на данный момент около 80% штаммов этой бактерии синтезируют фермент, разрушающий β-лактамное кольцо в молекуле пенициллина. Для лечения акне, угревой болезни и иных заболеваний кожи используется комбинированная терапия, включающая применение антибиотиков и вспомогательных компонентов – эфирных масел, кортикостероидов и др. |
| Abstract (in another language): | Currently, bacteria of the genus Staphylococcus occupy the leading position among the causative agents of nosocomial infections. Since penicillin has been the main drug used to treat severe purulent infections caused by Staphylococcus aureus, currently about 80% of strains of this bacterium synthesize an enzyme that destroys the β-lactam ring in the penicillin molecule. For the treatment of acne, acne and other skin diseases, combination therapy is used, including the use of antibiotics and auxiliary components – essential oils, corticosteroids and others |
