| Abstract: | В данной работе проведен анализ внутриклеточной продукции γ-интерферона и интерлейкина-17 в спленоцитах у мышей с экспериментальной нейробластомой. Установлено снижение синтеза γ-интерферона наряду с увеличением продукции интерлейкина-17 как в дендритных клетках, так и Т-лимфоцитах у мышей с моделью опухолевого процесса |
| Abstract (in another language): | In this work, the intracellular production of gamma-interferon and interleukin-17 in splenocytes of mice with experimental neuroblastoma was analyzed. A decrease in the synthesis of γ-interferon was found along with an increase in the production of interleukin-17 in both dendritic cells and T-lymphocytes in mice with a model of the tumor process |
