| Abstract: | Проведен сравнительный анализ наиболее важных характеристик двух основных органосохраняющих методов лучевой терапии злокачественной внутриглазной опухоли увеальной меланомы – брахитерапии и стереотаксической радиохирургии на Гамма-ноже. Актуальность исследования обусловлена тем, что врач онколог совместно с медицинским физиком в каждом конкретном случае решает проблему выбора наиболее эффективной методики облучения опухоли, основываясь на клинической картине заболевания, индивидуальных показаниях и противопоказаниях пациента, функциональных возможностях и особенностях методик контактной и дистанционной радиотерапии |
| Abstract (in another language): | A comparative analysis of the most important characteristics of the two main organ-preserving methods of radiation therapy for malignant intraocular tumor uveal melanoma - brachytherapy and stereotactic radiosurgery on the Gamma Knife - was carried out. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that an oncologist together with a medical physicist in each specific case decides on the problem of choosing the most effective method of tumor irradiation, based on the clinical picture of the disease, individual indications and contraindications of the patient, functional capabilities and features of contact and remote radiotherapy methods |
