| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается важность доверительных отношений между детьми и родителями для психического здоровья ребенка. Поддерживающие отношения в семье снижают негативное воздействие стрессовых ситуаций и оказывают защитное влияние на детей в условиях травмирующих событий. Дети, имеющие эмоциональную поддержку и доверие к родителям, демонстрируют большую способность к адаптации и преодолению трудностей. Доверительные отношения способствуют развитию эмоционального интеллекта и помогают детям справляться с жизненными вызовами. В статье описаны способы, которые помогут создать безопасную атмосферу и сформировать доверительные отношения |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses the importance of trusting relationships between children and parents for the child's mental health. Supportive family relationships reduce the negative impact of stressful situations and have a protective effect on children during traumatic events. Children who have emotional support and trust in their parents demonstrate a greater ability to adapt and overcome difficulties. Trusting relationships promote the development of effective coping mechanisms and help children cope with life's challenges. This article outlines steps that will help create a safe environment and build trusting relationships |
