| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается проблема пресыщения положительными эмоциями у современных детей и подростков, снижение способности детей испытывать радость от простых вещей. Автор указывает на нейрофизиологические механизмы, связанные с выработкой дофамина, и подчеркивает риск привыкания к «быстрым» источникам удовольствия, таким как еда и яркие медиа-стимулы. Важную роль в формировании правильного восприятия удовольствий играют родители, которые должны уделять внимание эмоциональному воспитанию детей, ограничивая потребление и стимулируя развитие воображения через взаимодействие с окружающим миром. Приводится краткий разбор возможных причин формирования указанной проблемы, приводятся рекомендации, направленные на развитие у ребенка способности получать удовольствие от жизни. Отдельно отмечается роль эстетического воспитания в развитии ребенка |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the problem of satiety with positive emotions in modern children and adolescents, a decrease in the ability of children to experience joy from simple things. The author points to the neurophysiological mechanisms involved in dopamine production and highlights the risk of habituation to «rapid» sources of pleasure such as food and vivid media stimuli. An important role in the formation of the correct perception of pleasures is played by parents, who should pay attention to the emotional upbringing of children, limiting consumption and stimulating the development of imagination through interaction with the outside world. A brief analysis of the possible causes of the formation of this problem is given, recommendations are given aimed at developing the child's ability to enjoy life. Separately, the role of aesthetic education in the development of the child is noted |
