| Abstract: | В данной работе исследуется связь между эмоциональным выгоранием и стрессом у специалистов системы социальной защиты. Анализ данных 60 респондентов выявляет признаки эмоционального выгорания и уровни воспринимаемого стресса. Результаты подтверждают гипотезу о взаимосвязи между этими явлениями. На основе исследования разработаны рекомендации по управлению стрессом и улучшению условий труда для повышения профессионального благополучия работников социальной сферы |
| Abstract (in another language): | This article investigates the relationship between emotional burnout and stress in specialists of the social protection system. Data analysis of 60 respondents reveals signs of emotional burnout and levels of perceived stress. The results confirm the hypothesis about the relationship between these phenomena. On the basis of the study recommendations on stress management and improvement of working conditions to enhance professional well-being of social protection workers are developed |
