| Abstract: | Способность психолога контролировать собственное психическое благополучие через методы саморегуляции является одним из факторов развития профессиональной успешности. Небольшой круг проблем, их повторяемость, похожие ощущения и чувства в процессе решения, позволяют предположить, о наличии единого алгоритма действий, обеспечивающего нахождение выхода из сложных ситуаций.
