| Abstract: | В статье раскрываются логические аспекты медиации как социально-психологической технологии. Обосновывается зависимость результата медиации от учета ее логических особенностей, которые, во-первых, влияют на самоопределение сторон в ней, во-вторых, выявляются с помощью логической формализации. Прояснены значение и смысл различения логики общего и логики целого (холизма), порядка медиации, устанавливаемого в соответствии с поэтапной структурой конфликта (разногласия, их эскалация, отчуждение, кризис). Подчеркнута необходимость использования коммуникативных и вопросно-ответных техник в медиации во взаимосвязи с клиентскими тактиками психологических защит и открытости новому пониманию и опыту, что позволит достаточно четко определять область поиска ответа, значит, скорректировать восприятие и контролировать то, что разобщает |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article reveals the logical aspects of mediation as a socio-psychological technology. The dependence of the result of mediation on the consideration of its logical features is substantiated, which, firstly, influence the self-determination of the parties in it, and secondly, are revealed with the help of logical formalization. The meaning and significance of the distinction between the logic of the general and the logic of the whole (holism), the order of mediation established in accordance with the stage-by-stage structure of the conflict (disagreements, their escalation, alienation, crisis) are clarified. The necessity of using communication and question-answer techniques in mediation in connection with client tactics of psychological defenses and openness to new understanding and experience is emphasized, which will allow to quite clearly define the area of search for an answer, and therefore, to correct perception and control what disunites |
